Why do I need a consultation?

Every client has a consultation to discuss their goals, review their medical history and ensure treatment is safe and appropriate. This also allows us to create a personalised treatment plan.

Are injectable treatments safe?

Client safety is our highest priority. Every treatment is performed in line with current medical guidance following a full consultation and suitability assessment.

How long do results last?

Results vary depending on the treatment and individual factors such as metabolism and lifestyle. During your consultation, we'll explain what you can realistically expect and how to maintain your results.

Who performs my treatment?

All treatments are carried out by Amber, a fully insured Registered Nurse with extensive NHS experience and specialist aesthetics training. Where required, consultations are completed alongside a qualified independent prescriber.

Is there any downtime?

Most treatments involve little to no downtime. Mild redness, swelling or bruising can occur but usually settles within a few days. You'll receive personalised aftercare advice before you leave.

Can I return to work after?

In most cases, yes. Many clients return to their normal daily activities immediately, although we recommend following your aftercare advice and avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours where advised.

What products do you use?

We only use premium, clinically proven products sourced from reputable UK pharmacies and authorised suppliers to ensure safe, predictable and natural-looking results.

Are treatments painful?

Most clients find treatments very tolerable. Where appropriate, numbing products are used to maximise comfort throughout your appointment.

What if I'm not suitable?

Your wellbeing always comes first. If treatment isn't appropriate, we'll explain why and, where suitable, discuss alternative options or advise against treatment altogether.
